Order Processing

All orders are processed promptly. Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. Speid’s Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and provide your order number. We will assist you in checking the status of your delivery.

If your parcel appears to be delayed by the delivery provider, we may need to allow additional time for the courier to complete delivery before considering the order lost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging and item. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we aim to meet our stated delivery times, 5–8 working days is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
